International Orders - we do not accept international orders at this time. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Special Order items. Any products with "Not Available" listed in the "Availability" section of the product detail page. Out of stock items.

We will ship your clearance costume order to the Shipping Address that you provide in the Continental United States. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box), or a Highway Contract Box (HC Box) as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our products on shopcelebrations123 are clearance items and not refundable. Items sold on partner sites fall under partner return policies. Shop our online partner site: celebrations123.makesparties.com for costumes with return and refund policies (Worn costumes and accessories are not returnable on any of our online shops).
Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall under our normal restocking guidelines, including unauthorized refusal of packages.
Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience.
